About the Owner: Stacy Beasley
Stacy Beasley is a U.S. Army veteran who served two combat deployments to Iraq, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that continues to guide his work today. As the owner of Springfield Quality Services—now operating as SQS IEPS—Stacy is dedicated to carrying forward the vision established by the company’s founder, the late Monty Sowersby. That mission remains simple but important: to educate clients about the effects of mold contamination within the built environment and help them solve complex indoor environmental problems.

Drawing on his military background, Stacy brings precision, accountability, strong communication skills, and practical problem-solving to every inspection and investigation. He holds the Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) designation through the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) and maintains multiple IICRC certifications, including Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
Stacy is trained and experienced in both residential and large-scale commercial structural water loss investigations, mold assessments, and remediation oversight. He is also certified by RESPIRARE Laboratories for mycotoxin sampling and analysis. These qualifications, combined with years of field experience, allow him to provide inspections and assessments that are detailed, scientifically grounded, well-documented, and defensible.Through SQS IEPS, Stacy remains committed to helping property owners, businesses, and families better understand indoor environmental conditions and make informed decisions about their health, safety, and buildings.
